Course Description
This class provides simple hand to hand techniques to defend against an assailant. These techniques can be used by any woman from young to old. The class is two hours and taught by a representative of Beyer’s ATA Martial Arts.
Cost is $20.00.per person.
Please wear comfortable attire that allows for freedom of movement.
